Salt water covered my pillow, The one I once shared with you.

Don’t put up your borderline, It feels like I’m going to loose my mind.

A thousand words spoken, A million emotions felt, But we’ve only scratched the tip of the iceberg.

The pale white light reflected off your lips. The night was cold, but your words warmed me. The shadows of the trees held our stories tight. Time stopped, for a moment it was right.

Back to a time when words were free, Each of us now knowing what we can be. We’ve come full circle on this memorable path, But we’re going back too far.

For a second it was you, my heart has never beat so hard.
